• Collaborate with Sales Leaders: Establish and/or maintain cadences around sales activity, pipeline generation, and forecasts. • Uncover Performance Insights: Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends. • Drive Process Improvements: Lead and contribute to projects focused on creating, automating, and simplifying business processes. • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect with other teams like marketing, finance, and customer success. • Analyze Sales Data: Examine sales data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
• Approximately 3+ years in a sales operations or analytics role, ideally within a SaaS organization. • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, along with a strong understanding of Salesforce and other tools commonly used by sales teams. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. • You’re confident working with data and can manage large datasets with ease. • You take initiative and are comfortable leading projects that make a meaningful impact. • You can convey complex data in clear, actionable ways.
