Description
• Conceptualize, structure, and craft clear and concise technical documentation, such as API reference docs and developer guides • Collaborate with other teams and departments across the organization to craft new and improved content driven by user needs and real-world use cases • Enable product managers, engineers, and designers to contribute to all aspects of our documentation, from tutorials to API references • Collaborate with your team of Technical Writers to review and refine content, enhance workflows, and maintain the high quality of our documentation • Support the product and enablement functions to ensure the timely delivery of release notes, updates, and other product-related technical information
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience writing technical, developer-focused documentation • Hands-on experience with frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and React • The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and simple content for diverse audiences • Attention to detail and precision • You’re proactive in collaborating and communicating with team members across the company • You're enthusiastic about diving deep into new technologies and continuously enhancing your understanding of our platform • Excellent written and verbal English
