• The Research Data Science Manager will lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers • Responsible for all R&D in signal processing, new algorithm development, and machine learning model development • Overseeing clinical data management, processing, and analysis • Working closely with experimental research teams and software development team.
• Extensive experience managing high-performing data science teams in fast-paced environments, delivering complex projects and analyses on time • Extensive experience in the analysis and interpretation of physiological, biological, or medical data or images • A fluency across modern machine learning methodologies, with clear examples where you have put this knowledge into practice • An extremely strong academic track record in a data-science heavy specialty • Extensive experience across the Python data science ecosystem and familiarity with best-practices in the versioning and warehousing of both code and ML models • Extensive experience in managing projects within an Agile framework • Outstanding communication skills, particularly in the presentation of highly complex, multi-dimensional scientific data to audiences with a wide range of backgrounds.
