• The successful candidate will be involved in electronics design, prototyping, and verification for the many PCB and sub-system designs and builds required for our products and test facilities.
• Strong experience in analog electronics design involving transistors, op-amps, linear and switch-mode regulators • Excellent in precision analog design and understanding of electronic design fundamentals • Experience designing for Safety according to the Medical Safety Standard IEC 60601-1 • Knowledge of microcontrollers, ADCs and DACs and communication interfaces: I2C, SPI, USB • Knowledge of digital design involving programmable devices • Proficiency with standard lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analysers) • Ability to rework and modify PCBs involving 0402-size and other small SMD components • Excellent documentation skills: Design specifications, test specifications, test reports, non-conformance reports, summary reports and presentations • High-speed electronics design experience: Signal integrity, controlled-impedance tracking, transmission lines.
