• Oversee financial results for CMR Surgical’s UK and European businesses • Conduct detailed analysis of profit & loss statements • Manage balance sheets and ensure proper reconciliation • Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity • Develop strong relationships with global stakeholders • Lead financial process improvements and system upgrades • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing finance team • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions • Ensure adherence to tax regulations • Support year-end audits
• Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, or equivalent – mandatory • Relevant experience: Significant experience in a global company, with a background in medical or capital equipment sector • Analytical and strategic insight: Strength in analyzing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow • Technical proficiency: Strong grasp of IFRS, advanced Excel skills; experience with NetSuite advantageous • Communication and influence: Excellent communication skills • Leadership and change management: Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a team • Work ethic and integrity: Commitment to hard work and high integrity • Team orientation: True team player with a collaborative approach • Ambition and drive: Strong desire to contribute and grow
