Description
• The successful candidate will be experienced in governance, identification, management and reporting of scenario testing • Partner and collaborate across the firm to grow existing scenario testing programme • Required to partner with crisis management function to provide training and support • Participate at a working group level of change programs to influence resilience posture • Establish new and participate in existing forums to ensure resilience health of CLS’s products and services
Requirements
• A history of leading scenario testing practices within an FMI or GSIB • Experience and exposure to Crisis Management disciplines within an FMI or GSIB • Good understanding of FX products and services with knowledge of the required infrastructure and dependencies • Experience across technology, third party, facilities and people risk analysis and mitigation
