Description

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate revenue and achieve sales targets in the UK market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. • Identify and engage with prospective customers, including large enterprises and SMBs, to understand their cyber security needs and position our digital risk management and threat intelligence solutions effectively. • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by proactively prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations. • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive landscape, enabling effective solution selling and consultative sales approaches. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our cyber security solutions to key decision-makers and stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success throughout the sales process. • Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in collaboration with the sales leadership team. • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team, highlighting opportunities, risks, and challenges in the UK market. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence, leveraging this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and drive business growth. • Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in sales, preferably in the cyber security industry, selling to large enterprises and SMBs. • Experience in a startup environment is highly advantageous. • Strong knowledge and understanding of cyber security products, digital risk management, and threat intelligence. • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals in a competitive market. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to diverse audiences. • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. • Ability to quickly understand customer needs, adapt sales approaches, and tailor solutions accordingly. • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools to manage sales activities and maintain accurate records.
