• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and copy for various customer groups across core brands, products, and services. • Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for emails, newsletters, and other related content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. • Maintain and advise on the brand's tone of voice across all campaign content, ensuring consistency with target market expectations. • Use data-driven insights to segment audiences and personalise email content to enhance engagement and conversion rates. • Build and manage email templates within D365, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to identify successful strategies and improve performance metrics. • Evaluate the performance of email campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. • Ensure all email marketing activities comply with GDPR regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Possess strong written communication skills with flawless spelling and grammar. • Email Marketing Knowledge: Have an in-depth understanding of email marketing strategies, best practices, and deliverability. • Analytical Ability: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvement in email performance. • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Marketing Operations, Events Marketing, and Content Marketing teams. • Project Management: Exhibit strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Technology: Proficient in marketing automation technology and familiar with analytical and database tools. • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas. • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all deliverables.
