Description

• It's essentially a project/operational manager role where you either get the tasks from the mgmt or proactively identify tasks, take charge of them, and collaborate with colleagues from different departments to solve them. • Here are some examples of tasks you might need to tackle: - Make a research on certain topic - Create a financial model, establish reporting - Audit the functions across different departments, identify gaps and propose/implement changes - Manage deliverables of different project initiatives across the teams - Lead projects in cooperation with IT and other departments

Requirements

• Ability to deal with multiple tasks/projects across different functions • Ability to think/act systematically to deliver practical results under pressure • A high level of positive/proactive energy, courage and diligence • Focus on problem solving and finding solutions, result-oriented mindset • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy are crucial • Willingness to learn and readily embrace new challenges • Openness to criticism and adaptability in a changing environment • Bachelor’s degree from a top university • English – С1 and above
