• As the Head of Growth Marketing at Hadrian, you will be pivotal in driving the company’s growth trajectory by building a robust pipeline for our sales team. • Your role is central to scaling our demand generation efforts, enhancing inbound traffic, and optimizing lifecycle marketing to ensure that Hadrian remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity landscape. • You will have the opportunity to shape and grow the function, leveraging a healthy marketing program budget and the freedom to establish innovative ways of working. • Drive qualified leads to our sales team through targeted outbound efforts, leveraging SDRs, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. • Boost traffic to Hadrian’s website via SEM, paid acquisition, SEO, social media, referrals, and other inbound channels, with a focus on converting visitors into qualified leads. • Nurture leads and users throughout the funnel, aiming to enhance lead quality, drive upgrades, expand revenue, and improve retention rates. • Collaborate with GTMOps to manage tools and analytics, ensuring full-funnel growth and optimization across all marketing activities. • Build and manage the demand generation team, overseeing demand generation, inbound marketing, and lifecycle functions. • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure the success of marketing campaigns. • Strategically allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across various channels, experiments, and investment opportunities.
• Bring 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a high contract value B2B SaaS environment. • Have a proven track record in scaling demand generation in early to mid-stage startups. • Are passionate about and deeply understand the B2B SaaS cybersecurity landscape. • Possess extensive experience in managing marketing program budgets, forecasting, and team hiring. • Are proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in demand generation or marketing automation are a plus. • Excel at analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive growth. • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. • Are a collaborative communicator, able to work effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders. • Have experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. • Extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector is essential.
