Description

• In this role, you will lead a key billing integration project as part of a broader Finance Transformation programme. • You will oversee a cross-functional team and drive the integration of our new Insurance Broker Accounting system, AutoRek, with our proprietary insurance platform. • You will be responsible for overseeing the integration of our billing systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

Requirements

• The Contribution to architectural decisions and technical designs. • Coordinating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. • Facilitating communication and collaboration within the team. • Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers • Identifying and addressing technical debt and architectural weaknesses. • Evaluating and mitigate technical risks associated with projects, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery. • Championing quality-focused software development, enforcing quality assurance standards, processes, testing methodologies, and driving initiatives to improve the development team efficiency (like automation, CI/CD). • Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team and actively participate in community of practices, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
