Description

• Support the Internal Communications Team in implementing corporate communication strategies that align with business goals. • Assist with editing, layout, and archiving global internal communications (executive emails, global meetings, intranet updates, newsletters, etc.). • Track and update team KPIs to monitor progress and impact. • Bring fresh and creative ideas to explore, such as using videos and other innovative methods to engage employees.

Requirements

• Currently studying Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, HR, or a related field. • Written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise content that engages employees at all levels of the organization. • Editing skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Interest in or knowledge of best practices in communications, including employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience in creating short internal videos is a plus. • Excellent organizational and planning abilities. • Proficiency in basic office tools (Google Suite) and a willingness to learn new software. • Native or proficient command of English.
