Description
• Subject matter expertise of your market, competition, and users • Discovering and assessing the viability of new market and product opportunities • Product discovery – test and learn mentality, work closely with product design team on problem and solution discovery • Building and owning a product roadmap that delivers business vision and OKRs • Execution and delivery of plan • Ongoing iteration and optimization of the product • Prioritization of initiatives for highest customer and business value • Working with development as part of a scrum team, including being the product owner • Reporting on product performance and defining key measures • Managing stakeholders and communicating with the entire organization, including the C-Suite
Requirements
• 3+ years' product management experience • Demonstrable experience of problem and solution discovery • Comfortable talking to customers • Ability to gather and analyze qual and quant insights from customers and analytics tools • Quickly build market and competitor knowledge • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent prioritization skills • Ability to focus on initiatives that move the business forward • Build and deliver a roadmap via backlog in an agile/scrum delivery squad • Strong commercial acumen • Define and articulate product's value proposition • Knowledge of B2B product management in SAAS business • B2C product management in a marketplace • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Asana • Relentless about progress • Take ownership of projects and make meaningful contributions • Share and seek input • Cross-team collaboration and celebrating achievements
