• Support the customer success team in nurturing and growing client relationships • Drive incremental sales through new account growth and managing existing customers • Communicate with customers dealing with additional orders and resolving mistakes quickly • Responsible for hitting annual targets broken down quarterly/monthly and high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills
• Previous B2B sales or account management experience • 2-3 years in customer account management role or equivalent • Ability to build close relationships quickly and develop trust • Passionately committed to customer service and going above and beyond • Ability to learn on the job and take in a lot of information • Driven to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can organize work independently
