Description

• Manage key projects ensuring scope and budget are met • Assist with end-to-end planning • Monitor project progress and set deadlines • Manage risks and issues, prioritize tasks • Drive operational readiness and conduct project meetings • Develop milestone-level project plans including key timelines, critical path, owners, and dependencies • Be responsible for tracking risks, issues and decisions, and mitigating risks • Manage projects independently while managing teams of consultants • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and deliver regular status reporting

Requirements

• Experience leading large, complex projects and the ability to lead multiple project teams and projects simultaneously • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence, Trello, etc.) • Knowledge of Financial Services and Capital Markets is preferable, but not essential • Comfortable working across business and IT domains and possess the ability to shift between technical analysis and business value discussions • Effective and flexible communication skills • Project Management qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification are preferable, but not essential
