Description

• Shaping and defining the true business problem, opportunity, and associated requirement, covering People, Process and Technology. • Delivering solutions that resolve the business problem and setting out impacts and risks. • Delivering the business analysis activities on projects and programmes. • Integrity and alignment of the proposed and chosen solutions with business needs. • Developing and professionalising themselves and the business analyst community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, with strong analytical skills. • Effective Communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leaders. • Have a strong understanding of product management and be able to influence others when creating a roadmap, ensuring there is a balance between regulatory, growth and business-as-usual activity. • Knowledge of Insurance Industry preferred but not essential. • Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and Professional Business Analysis Certification preferred.
