Description

• Delivering cost effective, energy efficient and environmentally sustainable building projects across a diverse sector range • Designing new buildings and refurbishing existing stock • Applying intelligent design, flexibility and innovation in projects • Leading a project team and managing complex workloads • Familiarity with other disciplines to lead multi-disciplinary projects

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong communication and personal effectiveness skills • Minimum of 10 years postgraduate/qualification experience in a UK based design consultancy • Experience over a wide variety of sectors including medium to high rise residential, education, logistics and commercial • Strong technically with an emphasis on early-stage design concepts • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external design teams from concept design through to construction • Skills and attributes such as problem-solving, communication, personal organisation, team-working skills and ability to work under pressure • Chartered Engineer status is desirable, preferably IStructE
