• Manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social accounts to best in class levels • Be responsible for the reporting and analysis of digital marketing efforts to share with both the marketing team, and members of the wider company • Be the main point of contact with the creative team, owning the creative briefing that ensures we have a steady stream of high quality content for paid social • Collaborate with our tech team to drive improvements in our conversion rate across paid channels • Be instrumental in proposing, devising and developing our wider digital marketing strategies • Launch campaigns to support a variety of key initiatives such as getting new customers and building our brand awareness
• You preferably have 1 to 2 years digital marketing specialist experience (either in-house or agency) • You have experience in either Paid Search or Paid Social account management (both preferred) • You’re confident in managing and optimising campaigns towards direct response metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS) and return on investment (ROI) • You’re target driven and passionate about digital marketing. You’re always looking to go further, learn more and outperform yourself • You have a highly analytical mindset and you’re always looking to turn insights into action • You have strong reporting skills and a high level of attention to detail • You have a willingness to be versatile and eager to learn new skills • You’re excellent at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, and able to communicate complex information in a digestible manner • You share our belief that dogs deserve better!
