Description

• We’re looking for Senior Brand Designer to join our Design Team. • As a Senior Brand Designer you will take ownership for entire smaller projects, end to end in your area of specialism. You will play a bigger role supporting on more complex, larger projects. • This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your career in purpose driven consultancy, where you’ll be challenged to wear multiple hats, work directly with our multi-disciplinary team, liaise with clients and represent us at Boardroom level. You’ll also be trusted to take ownership of your work and will be given significant responsibilities from day one. • As a Senior Designer, you will: - Examine and clearly understand the client challenge and provide a recommended approach for smaller project. - Scope out the approach with an Account Director and are clear on final deliverables. - Push and challenge the creative product to be inspirational and go beyond simply answering the brief. - Contribute and lead internal idea generation. - Own the creative thinking for your projects, leading the creative part of the presentation and recommendation to clients. - Work directly with our Consultancy and Client Services teams with little to no oversight from Creative Director. - Be an expert presentation designer (internal and client) in both keynote, InDesign and PPT as needed. - Manage, collaborate and brief third-party vendors and freelancers to assist on projects and help support the broader team. - Have experience working in video production, and have an intermediate understanding of processes, sequencing of approvals, and final outputs.

Requirements

• You're an expert user of the Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. • You're fluent in basic functions of Microsoft office programs - mainly Word, and PowerPoint. • You're an expert user of Keynote, and are expert level when it comes to designing presentations. • You're an expert user in Sketch, Figma, Miro. • Other software experience (motion, 3D, animation, prototyping and UX) are a big plus.
