• Collaborate on global campaign plans • Drive innovation in marketing channel creative • Support repeat customer trading • Assist with order forecasting • Generate and analyze A/B test ideas • Share learnings across teams • Select products for customer communications • Manage retention campaign creation process • Support two Retention Associates in campaign execution
Requirements
• 2-3 years' experience in email marketing or similar role • Experience setting up A/B testing • Ability to create customer segments using logic statements • Interest in email marketing creative • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional work • Strong planning and prioritization skills • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach • Initiative to take responsibility and improve processes • UK-based and available to work from Vauxhall office twice a week
