• Contribute to shaping observability capabilities across the system • Lead Incident Management and On-Call operations • Tech Lead for Disaster Recovery and RPO/RTO improvements • Act as an expert on short term projects with a product squad • Work on non-functional strategies in an embedded model

Requirements

• Proficiency in AWS and cloud-native architecture patterns • Comfortable in a coding and scripting language • Proficiency with modern tracing, metrics and observability topics • Strong foundations in security engineering and DevSecOps • Clear understanding of SRE practices, goals, and implementations • Proficiency in creating strong CI/CD pipelines • Inspired by and embody Birdie's values • Caring about user (developer) needs and driving innovation
