• We’ve embarked on the exciting engineering challenge of decoupling our back end into decoupled, well-tested microservices and our front-end into micro front ends. Slicing up this complex system poses interesting design challenges, balancing simplicity and flexibility with performance and scalability. • We’re looking for experienced senior engineers who will play a leading role in this transformation and thrive in our environment. Engineers who enjoying pushing technical boundaries, bringing new ideas and opinions to the table, and taking ownership. Who are motivated by solving technical challenges and creating great user experiences that delight our customer, and who cultivate a culture of learning, sharing and creating a first-class developer experience.
• Extensive software development experience, including exposure to C#/.NET. • Strong focus on crafting high quality, well tested solutions. • Solid understanding of agile principles and experience working in agile teams. • Solid understanding of non-functional considerations such as security, performance and scalability. • Experience using and building REST APIs beneficial • Experience building and maintaining microservices systems beneficial. • Experience building and maintaining cloud-hosted pipelines and systems beneficial, especially in AWS. • Typescript and React experience beneficial. • Experience with relational and document databases beneficial.
