Description

🚀 Lead the end-to-end launch and continuous improvement of our core product, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences and commercial success. 🚀 Guide and mentor a team of talented product managers, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture. 🚀 Work closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, ensuring that product initiatives are tightly connected with our overall business goals. 🚀 Drive product requirements and lead project plans as we partner with delivery function UX/Engineer on designing and developing user-facing feature launches. 🚀 Leverage your data to manage complex product roadmaps, making informed decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term vision. 🚀 Plan, execute, and drive launch strategy, including developing a deployment plan, training and support materials to drive product and feature adoption. 🚀 Estimate and measure the business impact of new features, processes and training.

Requirements

🚀 Proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on technical products. 🚀 Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and inspire teams. 🚀 Must be able to manage complex roadmaps, and drive cross-functional alignment. 🚀 Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 🚀 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have worked for a scale up organisation. 🚀 Drove GTM / adoption programmes in ecommerce, cloud computing organisations who have a systematic approach to Product Management. 🚀 Passion for innovation and a user-first mindset. 🚀 Experience in launching and optimising core product offerings at scale.
