Description

• Utilise Salesforce and other lead gen tools to manage workflows and lead gen processes. • Make outbound cold calls and send prospecting emails. • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services. • Build trusting relationships with prospects to help qualify leads. • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. • Schedule appointments for the B2B team with leads and prospects. • Meet and exceed KPIs. • Provide accurate reporting by keeping Salesforce up to date.

Requirements

• Experience as a sales development representative with a track record of exceeding lead targeting is preferable but not essential. • Strong communication skills via phone and email. • Attention to detail. • Self-starter and tenacious. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Strong organization skills. • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills. • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
