• MORI VIPs (very important parents) Facebook group - the key focus of this role will be to accelerate the growth and engagement within this online community where loyal brand fans connect with other parents. Collaborating with the Social Media Manager you will introduce creative ways to make MORI and our products more shareable creating a strong social voice and buzz in the market • Retail events - for the secondary focus of this role you will work with the Retail Operations Manager to build a framework and deliver the toolkit. This will enable our Senior Store Manager to build a strong physical community in the neighbourhood of our retail store (Northcote Road), and the locations of future stores, through an engaging events programme • Sleep Club - working with the Senior Growth Manager you will realise the potential of MORI’s Sleep Club; turning our sleepsuit subscription service into a true club • Partnerships - you will tap into existing parenting communities through IRL events to drive the awareness of MORI • Product & Creative - you will support with research and leverage MORI team and community feedback, influencing NPD and creative development & execution • Customer Services - you will be the link between Brand and the Customer Services team guiding how we speak to and engage with customers, with a sharp focus on our VIPs • Set, review and analyse monthly KPIs for each community initiative
• Proven community management experience within a digitally native business, including: • Building a digital community to facilitate two-way conversations on platforms like Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Slack, Google Groups or similar • Building a physical community by concepting and executing IRL events • Leveraging communities to collate insightful and actionable ideas for a business • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills • High level of attention to detail and excellent organisation skills • Show initiative with the ability to perform tasks in a self-sufficient manner with minimal oversight, consistently meeting goals • Creative and analytical in equal parts • Understanding of the pregnancy and parenting industry
