• We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts, enhance our brand, and contribute to our business growth. • The Marketing Manager will be the sole marketing professional within our organization, responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy. • This individual will leverage their expertise in financial services and crypto to drive brand awareness, generate new business, and support revenue growth. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with institutional clients, exceptional strategic vision, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing within the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in the digital asset space. • Demonstrated experience working with institutional clients. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. • Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail. • Adaptable and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry. • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus • A deep understanding of the current regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets. • A creative spark for developing engaging content formats (e.g., webinars, podcasts).
