Description
• Own the planning, execution, and optimization of select proprietary events and participation at third-party events. • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Manage event logistics, including vendor relationships and on-site coordination. • Drive pre-event and post-event marketing strategies. • Collaborate with sales, CS, and marketing teams. • Analyze and report on the success of events. • Develop and manage project plans.
Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in event marketing, preferably in the technology or B2B SaaS industry. • Strategic thinker who excels in a fast-moving environment. • Passion for planning complex in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. • Obsess over details, display poise and sophistication in fast-moving situations. • A skilled content and demand gen creator. • Have a pulse on industry and pop-culture trends. • Drive new ways of thinking about events and experiences. • Data-driven mindset when building, executing, and scaling event programs. • Ability to work 25 hours per week, including Tuesdays & Thursdays in person. • Ability to travel, including some weekends and holidays.
