• Manage all Social Media activity for the brand • Take ownership of Social Media across the brand • Manage content requirements for social channels across both still and moving image • Create annual Social Media strategies • Manage our Paid Social agency end-to-end • Lead on officially launching the brand on TikTok • Be the brand guardian across the social mix • Responsible for maintaining and growing the community across all social channels • Compile thorough weekly, monthly, and adhoc project reporting • Manage the social media and social content creation budget • Support the wider brand communications team • Support the wider business from a social perspective • Help manage the customer experience on the social forum • Attendance at events, social engagements, and occasional international travel • Stay at the forefront of social media trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field • Previous experience in or exposure to the luxury or fashion industry is essential • Excellent organisational, efficiency and time management skills • A blend of strategic & creative skills, the ability to generate new ideas with hands-on experience • The ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment with tight deadlines • The ability to create elevated and impactful content across still & moving image • A confident communicator with excellent communication skills and attention to detail • A self-starter with demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently • A team player with experience working in dynamic work environments • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Eagerness to learn and ambition to grow within the role and business • Proficient across Microsoft and Adobe software, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint • Knowledge of the global luxury market (particularly UK & US) and social media trends • An interest in and awareness of macro and micro industry trends
