• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the AppHub platform and products. • Provide technical product support to our customers and agencies, partnering with them to effectively resolve support issues through email, chat and phone. • Working closely with other specialists and the development team in prioritising and resolving customer requests. • Developing technical solutions to complex problems using email, the web, and phone to communicate with customers and partners whilst working closely with the entire support team, success team, sales team and partnerships team to create good communication between each department. • You will act as a trusted support advisor, developing long-term relationships with customers and ensuring they receive dedicated assistance. • Providing well-documented bug reports and feature requests resulting from customer feedback.
• Thoughtful communication skills, excellent at communication through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills. • HTML, CSS, JS experience • To be organised, personable and motivated in helping our customers feel at ease whilst using our platform. • Self-motivated, eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment. • Capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities. • Experience with or able to quickly pick up solutions such as - API, Email Marketing platforms and e-commerce platforms. • Passionate about creative problem solving for customers and end users. • Previous experience working with platforms such as Shopify is beneficial
