• Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subscription services • Working with other members of our global administrative support team, manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage calendars and set up meetings for senior members of the team • Make travel and accommodation arrangements, often of high complexity • Track expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports • Purchase and track office supply inventory • Format documents for internal and external communication • Support with organizing and managing company events • Screen and direct emails and phone calls and distribute correspondence • Organize and maintain electronic filing systems
• Experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally in the hospitality or finance sectors • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • German is a plus
