Description

• Mentoring, developing, and overseeing a dedicated team of apprentice network engineers • Upholding customer service standards for CSOC- Connectivity Squad ticket resolutions • Responsible for ticket allocation and queue management for the CSOC Connectivity Squad • Raising tickets from monitoring, emails, and customer phone calls • Escalating to carriers for circuit problems • Triage of incidents before escalation to Network Support • Delivery of a series of pre-set standard changes • Management of low priority tickets to resolution where skills allow

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an MSP environment • Previous experience in networking support; firewalls, switches, carriers • Passion for technical knowledge • Excellent problem-solving abilities and tenacity • Enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer support via phone call and ticketing systems • A highly motivated and hardworking attitude • A team player attitude with the willingness to help others • Thirst for leadership progression
