• Develop and implement a data analytics strategy specific to blockchain on-chain data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure blockchain performance. • Identify opportunities to leverage on-chain data to improve decision-making processes and drive business growth. • Lead a team of data analysts and researchers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development. • Utilize data analysis techniques to extract, clean, and interpret on-chain data from various blockchain networks. • Generate regular reports and visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in blockchain technology and data analytics. • Evaluate and implement innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and efficiency. • Drive process improvements and standardization to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data analytics practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Extensive experience in data analytics, with a specific focus on analyzing on-chain data in blockchain networks. • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including various protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts or researchers. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of privacy, security, and regulatory considerations related to blockchain data analysis. • Proven track record of successfully driving data analytics initiatives and delivering valuable insights to support business objectives.
