Description
• Technical Account Manager responsible for clients’ ongoing value realization • Cultivating relationships and developing adoption strategies • Driving value from the platform to improve customer retention • Providing ongoing solutions and consultation to customers • Coordinating cross-functional teams for a cohesive customer experience
Requirements
• 5+ years in a client-facing role, such as customer success or consulting • Understanding of Marketing Technology • Strong data analysis skills • Knowledgeable in SQL • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to navigate complex companies and manage stakeholders
