• Design and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps tools and services. • Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and architect appropriate build and release processes. • Configure and manage source control repositories, branches, and policies within Azure DevOps. • Implement and manage build agents, build definitions, and release definitions for different software applications. • Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and testing scripts and workflows. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and deployment failures, infrastructure provisioning, and application configuration. • Monitor and optimize the performance and scalability of Azure DevOps infrastructure and pipelines. • Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper configuration and provisioning of Azure resources. • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams for Azure DevOps-related tasks and best practices. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, Azure services, and related tools.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps. • Previous experience within the Energy Sector would be desirable. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts, practices, and tools. • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Artifacts. • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. • Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) concepts and experience with tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
