Description

• Java Developer with Security Clearance for Amber Labs, a tech consultancy focused on collaboration and autonomy. • Design, implement, and maintain back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot. • Work with AWS technologies including RDS, ECR, and EC2. • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm. • Utilize CI/CD tools like Concourse (or Argo CD, Flex) to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines. • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to support infrastructure as code and automation efforts. • Develop basic React applications to invoke and present back-end data. • Take ownership of tasks, working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development. • Experience with AWS services (RDS, ECR, EC2). • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Concourse (or Argo CD, Flex). • Ability to work autonomously as a Software Engineer and contribute to DevOps initiatives. • Knowledge of React with the ability to build simple applications that consume back-end services.
