• Drive Airwallex’s future growth engine by working with the SME (Growth) Account Executive team to qualify leads • Engage with prospects to qualify needs, think creatively about outreach strategies, and work with colleagues in marketing • Identify high-value opportunities and manage early sales funnel activities • Deliver value in complex situations and learn about new and existing products • Participate in the development of demand generation and sales process, the articulation of Airwallex’s value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets
• Track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role (a minimum of 1-year experience required) • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Strong interest in technology • Self-starter who is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment
