Description
• Using your project management skills to ensure the successful completion of our data collection projects including the collection and validation of various agricultural samples and data from across Europe. • Tracking project progress and monitoring timelines as well as reporting to the wider company on project updates. • Managing a large number of part-time contractors and third-party logistics companies • Working together with our Data Science and Program Science teams to ensure we are collecting the most valuable and relevant data possible • Working with the other members of the operations team to optimise our data collection processes and create a cost-effective and scalable data collection system
Requirements
• You have a strong understanding of operations and have experience managing projects with external or internal contractors • A couple of years experience in an operations based role, taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from start to finish. • A relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Project Management, Agri-Business or similar • You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment • You have excellent communications skills • You are highly proficient with Excel and Google Sheets documents as well as being tech-savvy when using new tools.
