Description

• Using your strong agricultural knowledge to support the validation of agricultural data by our data collection teams • Supervising the acquisition of agricultural data in various regions of Europe and North America, which includes managing a large number of part-time contractors on a project basis • Working together with our Data Science and Program Science teams to ensure we are collecting the most valuable and relevant data possible • Working with the other members of the operations team to optimise our data collection processes and create a cost-effective and scalable data collection system

Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of arable agriculture - you have a practical and detailed knowledge of tillage/seeding/harvesting operations over a variety of arable systems • Industry years of experience in an operations based role, taking ownership of projects and successfully completing them • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agriculture, Business, Project Management, or similar • You are proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment • You have excellent communications skills • You are proficient with excel sheets and google documents as well as being tech-savvy when using new tools.
