Description

• The Finance, Account, and Legal Manager oversees finance, accounting, and legal tasks, including bookkeeping, integration of financial data, project management, coordinating accounting activities, contract preparation, financial forecasting, process optimization, and conducting analysis and research on financial and legal topics.

Requirements

• Have extensive experience with payment processor software. Preferred Xero or/and Payoneer. • Tech-Savy in Finance and Accounting software • Highly skilled in Project Management in a fast-paced environment and operations. • Well-experienced in automation, process building, and leading finance and IT integrations at a high volume scale. • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), and able to work within the EU timezone. • Have at least 5 years of experience in Financial and Accounting positions. Preferred within the eCommerce space. • Have experience with creating and updating contracts • Experience working with Project management software (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). • Self-starter, initiative, and capable of leading new projects on your own • Capable to work independently without supervision, having autonomy, and take ownership of work. • Have practical experience with Google Excel including Pivot-table, dashboards, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles • Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial record management • Familiarity with accounting software and platforms • Project management skills related to finance and accounting tasks • Ability to coordinate and manage invoices and payments • Contract preparation and review expertise • Financial forecasting and analysis capabilities • Experience in developing financial reports and predictions • Automation and optimization skills for financial and legal processes • Research and analysis proficiency in relevant financial and legal areas.
