• Integration guardrails - eg use of API monitoring / EMP. • Design decisions on instance structure / strategy - e.g one instance per area or one for Sky. • Production of HLD - High Level Design(we have made a good start on this as both Atlassian and GitHub provide reference architecture. • Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, Confluence,). • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies.
