• Responsible for providing exceptional service to clients • Conduct seating assessments via home visits and hospitals • Carry out demonstration/training sessions to prescribers • Manage your diary for client visits and assessments • Complete required administrative work • Ensure all clients receive excellent service • Maximise sales activity • Help develop new business areas • Maintain client relationships • Participate in product development • Attend video conferences and face-to-face meetings
• Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent • Relevant product and industry knowledge • Sales experience • Experience working alone • Face to face customer experience • Effective and confident communication skills, with an excellent level of English • Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team • Ability to use initiative in a variety of challenging situations • Good ICT skills, to facilitate CRM activities including phone calls, events and emails. • Empathy and a genuine desire to help people • Flexibility dealing with multiple and varying duties concurrently • Positive, confident and determined approach • Continuous improvement mindset • Reliability • Full, clean UK driving licence • Prepared to stay overnight in hotels as necessary for maximum travel efficiency • Able to pass a basic DBS check
