Description
• We are looking for an experienced commercial data analyst looking to take the next step within their career. • You will join our data team in supporting the Sales & Marketing teams by maintaining our CRM systems (Salesforce and HubSpot) and creating reporting & dashboards.
Requirements
• Support business teams with current Internal reporting efforts, liaising with internal stakeholders to fully understand data content • Develop automations in Salesforce & HubSpot to increase efficiency and encourage data population • Support the system clean-up project, including data cleaning and process improvement between Salesforce and HubSpot • Provide support to the sales teams by adding new data into the system • Create dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and CRM systems • Help to maintain and improve current reports and dashboards • Uphold and promote data principles • Communicate data and analytics to all levels within the business, encouraging good data practices • Team working skills within direct team and cross functionally across the business
