Description
• Support drafting and review of contracts, including subcontracts and agreements. • Collaborate with external legal teams for compliance. • Facilitate procurement processes globally, managing purchase orders. • Conduct reviews of proposals and pricing calculators. • Perform detailed risk assessments for global business. • Partner with executive team for risk and budget approvals. • Support Commercial Operations with pricing discussions. • Coordinate delivery of proposals and bids across regions. • Maintain global trackers for visibility into stages and obligations.
Requirements
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills. • Highly proactive and autonomous approach to work. • In-depth understanding of global project management principles. • Experience in contract management and legal document review. • Familiarity with global bid management processes. • Experience with NGOs or large-scale global clients. • Relevant project management certification. • Legal qualifications or experience working with global legal teams.
