Description
• Drive data integration across engineering teams. • Create and own Ably’s data analytics roadmap. • Synchronize data across departments. • Enhance decision-making with accurate data. • Maintain and ensure effectiveness of data infrastructure. • Establish data quality processes. • Oversee data pipeline health. • Champion improvements to data quality.
Requirements
• Experience making architectural decisions for large data applications. • A solid understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts. • A collaborative approach and a track record of partnering with other teams. • Strong SQL skills and experience gathering data from relational databases. • Programming skills in Go/Python. • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools. • Experience gathering data from HTTP APIs. • Experience using modern ETL tools.
