Description
• Own the bulk of our monthly management financial reporting process (including balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow and consolidation work), ensuring data is accurate and deadlines are met • Assist the Financial Controller to ensure financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively • Lead on financial risk management by building out internal control, policy and process documentation • Assist with monitoring, analysing and reporting on KPIs, identifying variances, and suggesting improvements and solutions • Interrogate current finance team systems and approaches, making recommendations for improvements in efficiency and automation • Assist with annual audit across UK and US entities, including statutory account preparation under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and US GAAP (in conjunction with external auditors) • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support senior business leaders
Requirements
• Qualified accountant (ideally ACSA or ACCA) with a minimum of 2+ years PQE and strong technical experience • Excellent knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102 (additional knowledge of US GAAP would be advantageous) • Experience of working in both practice (client facing) and industry • Strong excel skills • SaaS or recurring revenue experience • Netsuite experience • UK / US reporting and consolidation experience
