• Assisting with equipment set-up for new starters, meetings, and system maintenance tasks • Supporting hardware maintenance and updates • Keeping records of hardware and software • Providing face-to-face and remote support to staff on MacOS and Windows devices • Troubleshooting basic network issues in the office • Administering and troubleshooting Office 365 applications • Ensuring tasks are prioritised and organised efficiently • Supporting management with other duties • Keeping up to date with industry trends • Contributing to internal vision and goals
• Good proficiency troubleshooting issues on Mac and Windows operating systems • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Google software and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite • Basic experience with networking protocols and equipment such as firewalls, switches and access points (advantageous but not essential) • Understanding of basic laptop security (antivirus, firewall, scanning) • Audio/visual Product support – Teams, Zoom, Google + hardware • Work with minimal supervision using own initiative with a positive attitude
