•Manage global accounts and develop client relationships •Innovate and create ideas for campaigns •Build and manage client relationships •Maximise client revenue •Present to clients and attend meetings •Monitor client markets and competitive activity •Manage client reviews with seniors •Lead a team effectively •Create project briefs and plans •Ensure accurate costs and campaign budgets •Ensure timely billing and campaign delivery •Work with partner agencies •Keep finance updated on invoicing
Requirements
•Strong knowledge of social media •Background in account management in digital & Social Media •Experience with blue chip organisations •Experience managing a team •Effectively manage client relationships •Ability to analyse and resolve problems •Interact with people demonstrating tact and maturity •Excellent written and verbal communication •Excellent organisational and time management skills •Work under pressure with attention to detail •Flexibility to travel internationally •Analytical and creative thinker •Proficient in Microsoft Office
